If you have your own length of 8” you can enrich the hairstyle by up to 28” freely and that would blend naturally. Keep in mind that the visual length of hair extensions will depend on their type: straight, light wave, wavy or curly. In case you feel to have somewhat damaged hair, our recommendation would be to apply no more than twice of your own length.

For the lengths between 12”-20” a common option is 100 gram – the most prevalent choice for a smooth-looking extension. This amount will include both length and volume enrichment. For 20” or more you may want to buy a bit of spare locks to be sure the volume you will get meets your wishes. We always recommend buying 150 g of hair extensions for over 20 inches lengths so that even if there are a bit of spare locks left they can be taken for one of the correction times you will have. One should note that wavy or curly hair is porous and has much more volume in it, hence, there is less needed to bring you substantial change in volume.
